One of the main historical sites of Minsk is the location called “Verhni Gorod” – the upper town – with Svobody square being its central element. The reconstructed concert hall rises there as the symbol of Unity, Hope and Goodness, as the temple of Tradition and Loyalty.

According to legend, the governor of Minsk liked this place so much, that he issued a decree on holding wedding ceremonies in the Holy Spirit Church, which is the concert hall now.

In celebration of solemnization, the governor and his entourage come to the concert hall in advance to prepare an unusual gift for newlywed.

Annually in celebration of the day of Minsk the special ceremony “9 couples – one wedding” representing all the regions of Minsk is held in “Verhni Gorod” concert hall.

We invite engaged couples to dive into the atmosphere of wedding party and spend their wedding ceremony in “Verhni Gorod” concert hall.
